“It's impossible to get the back of the phone off when you are outside. My phone has frozen twice, and I needed to reboot it. I noticed someone suggested using a blade which is not possible if you are going to the airport. Need a device to open it easily .”

• go to the side where you plug in and pull it open from there. then side a credit card to get it to come off easy
