    • Answer Great question! To review usage on the Jitterbug Flip2 phone, you select "Device Info" on the Main Menu and the option for "Phone Usage" will be available to you. Amazon Alexa is a free voice command feature available on the Jitterbug Flip2 phone but when commanding to make an outbound call or connecting to voicemail it will go against your minutes plan set up on the account. If you have not done so already, please contact our Customer Service team for additional support.

    • Answer Yes the Lively Flip comes with a non-removable (as far as I can tell) sim card. Set-up is very easy by calling support. It does take about a half-hour when having to switch from one Lively to another. Getting a replacement battery is difficult so I have just bought a new phone when something has gone wrong but customer service is very helpful. I would highly recommend this phone for basic communication and peace of mind.
