“Why is the volume on this flip phone barely hearable even in Maximum setting? This phone is supposed to be designed for the elderly who can be hard of hearing. Terrible!”

I agree that the volume is very poor. We always have to turn on the speaker to carry on a conversation. The volume is fair using the speaker, but could use some improvement.
