You would not be able to use an international sim for calling outside of the US for either of our phones. You could utilize the WhatsApp on the Smart3 to video chat with someone that also has the application. Please keep in mind that when using the WhatsApp, you will use data unless you are connected to wi-fi. Additionally, our service is only available in the U.S. and we cannot guarantee coverage outside of the United States.
