A:AnswerHi Deb, we currently do not have an accessory to connect your Jitterbug Smart2 phone to your television nor can we guarantee another accessory will work with your products.
A:AnswerFirst try another power cord. The cord is a high fail item. Next try the charger, I have had them fail also. If those do not fix the problem contact a phone repair shop and have the battery replaced.
A:AnswerI have no idea. I have not been able to activate my device. The one Best Buy sold me apparently was used (or stolen) and sold as new. Because of this the device is locked down. Best Buy won't let me return it because it was about a week beyond the return period when I brought it back. It's not the fault of Best Buy that the device has this problem but they should have let me exchange it for a usable device.
A:AnswerIt depends. If your old phone number is a landline, probably not. But if you are transferring from another cell phone (i.e., an older model jitterbug), then yes. We did.

Service is based on the coverage in your area and even in a good coverage area, things such as weather, building materials, topography and other environmental considerations associated with radio technology also affect service and service may vary significantly within buildings.
