A:AnswerI got this phone for my mother who has Consumer Cellular. I was told by Best Buys that it would be compatible with there service. IT WASN'T. Consumer Cellular does not support the Jitter Bug product. I returned the phone. Beware though, read the fine print on the bottom of your Best Buys receipt, refund only within 14 days of purchase. Otherwise store credit only.
