“How fast does 5 star answer?”

• Quicker than almost any one I know! on my phone, the "5*" button is in the bottom right side of the screen. When I reach in my pocket to grab the phone - guess what - i squeeze that button and call 5*! 3 times a day some times! embarrassing...

• Hi Jordan, when pressing the 5Star button on your Jitterbug Smart 2 phone, it gives you 5 seconds to cancel the call, in case it was pressed by accident, then directly connects you to a 5Star agent.
