- Answer As an IT professional, and someone very familiar with Lively processes, we run on the Verizon network. Now, often times, phones will not work inside of phones JUST BECAUSE of the construction materials used to build that structure, as well as the height of the building, where in the building you are, etc. Even a microwave and solar flares can interfere with a cell phone working. And my personal cell phone is Verizon, and my Samsung Note 20 Ultra does NOT work inside of my house most of the time.... And I'm within a mile of the nearest tower... Thats just how it is... Please go to the nearest window or even outdoors to make sure you have proper signal.

There are instructions on how to do so included with the box -- just make sure you do not cancel your previous service until the transfer is complete. QuestionCan the time before voice mail kicks in on the Smart3 be adjusted? My son's Smart3 takes over 10 rings to go to voice mail. Since Lively uses the Verizon network, can the user make the adjustment using the Verizon voice mail number?

- Answer Thanks for the question. The Jitterbug Smart3 comes with an AC adaptor and a charging cable. Most of todays cars have the ability to charge your phone via the charging cable.

- Answer I had a very helpful associate at Best Buy help me set this phone up for my brother and he was able to keep his old number. Took a little while on the phone with Lively customer service to get it done but the associate did the whole process.
