“I am concerned the emergency call feature could be easily activated in error, by a chin or other inadvertent press. Has this problem been reported at all?. If so, can i easily cancel the call?”

When I have accidentally activated it, they will call you to assure that you are okay, or you can just turn it off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My dad so far has not accidentally hit this, however I think the emergency button calls their emergency hotline where they can help, so not as big of a deal as accidentally calling 911.
