Please try again later.What I did was purchase my JITTERBUD from BEST BUY, who has a fantastic Support Crew, also if you purchase a Service Plan, you will always have some TECH SUPPORT from their Geek Squad! Inconceivable! Give them a try! Having minimal tech abilities, I find them tolerant and willing to assist. Hope this helps
