Great question! You can block numbers on the Jitterbug Smart3. To block numbers found in the Call History, Select Phone, then Call History, locate the number to be blocked and tap on it to show options, then tap on Block Number. To view or manage your blocked numbers, from the Home screen tap on Settings and tap on Blocked Numbers. From here you can view, add, or remove numbers on this list.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this phone for my Mom, and I have setup this feature. The way that I did it is by setting it to "Do Not Disturb" mode. Then you can set it to only allow calls and texts from the people who are on the contact list. I hope this helps and answers your question!
