The Call Center will communicate through the device before they call 911 or contacts. You can also press the button to cancel a call.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this does not register a fall. I was advised not to look for this feature as it often registers a fall when the sensor is in contact with things that set it off falsely.

If you can get up and walk within this 20 second interval, then your safety device will not make an emergency call. If you are not able to get back up after 20 seconds an emergency call will be placed. We hope you find this helpful.
