“Just installed this lock and the auto lock feature was working but now it isn’t. Further the app is showing the door open when closed. I did remove the door sensors during installation because of my door trim but auto lock was working afte. Please help”

• Same here. The auto lock has been broken almost since I got it a month ago. I've been working with support nearly daily without any progress.

• It did state on the manual that some functions will not work properly if you remove the sensor strip.
