It sounds like Zoom may be defaulting to a different microphone or speaker instead of the Brio. In Zoom’s audio settings, check that the Brio is selected as the input device, and confirm your speakers/headset are set correctly for output. Also, make sure the Brio isn’t muted in Windows/Mac sound settings.
