• Check to make sure that you click unmute and the the "video camera" right next to it. Your picture should come up.

• SORRY I FOUND THAT THERE WAS A COVER OVER THE CAMERA LENS WHEN MOVED ALL WORKED FINE WHICH IS THE WAY THE UNIT WAS PACKAGED. iT WOULD BE NICE TO SAY THAT THE COVER IS ON IT. NICE UNIT WORKS WELL. 5 STARS OUT OF 5 btw
