How does it attach to a desktop monitor? null

I put it on the bottom of my monitor stand using double sided stick tape pads.

I put mine on the monitor stand base with double sided tape. Works well and stays put. It can be adjusted as needed.

It sits on top of the monitor, almost like it clips on top. It is kind of loose but it doesn’t move by itself or fall or anything like that. The cord goes down the back and plugs into a USB port in the tower.
