• The camera automatically powers on when you start up a camera app. There is no separate "power on" feature. Make sure the USB cable is plugged in and that your device's default camera is set to your Logitech.

• if it has a USB connector, plug it in to the USB slot on your computer. The PC application will start the webcam. Try Skype.

• Just plug it in via the USB and download the software. it comes on automatically. Unplug when not using or turn it towards a wall so it cannot be used to view you!
