Tilts up and down and spins 360 degrees. It has a clip that should fit your monitor. My monitor is about 1/2 inch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does tilt up and down and both sides, however doesn't have a magnet, just an adjustable clamp that should be able to adjust to your monitor. Also have a camera connector on the bottom so can be used with a photographic tripod.

Tried it there and YES it does tilt nicely although my laptop is but a quarter inch wide. I tried it on something wider and it do indeed holds very good with the ability to tilt to whatever degree U need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not a magnet, but it's weighted. I have two monitors: one 3/4" and one more than 1", and it fits well on both. The clip is expandable and weighted, so it is stable on either width.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does tilt. It does not have a magnet. My monitor is also thinner than the part of the webcam that fits over the top of the monitor. It has rubber pads on either side of the monitor, and the cable hanging down the back of the monitor also acts to stabilize it. Even though it is not firmly attached, once I got the cable situated the webcam has not moved.
