“I am new to this webcam situation especially since cov-19.....How can I connect the webcam to my Dell computer (not a laptop) for a visit with my doctor? I already have my portal set up for a Healow TeleVisit with my doctor.”

• Hello, this product is a simply "plug and play" device. Simply just plug into your USB port on the computer and it should recognize it and be ready to use.

• Plug it in any usb port on your computer. Beware that camera has a short cable so you will probably will need an extension cable
