• Hello. Are you plugging the C615 into straight into the computer or into a USB hub? If using a USB hub, try plugging directly into the computer and see if the computer recognizes it. If that does not work, you can go to the Logitech website and download the Camera Settings app to get the latest drivers and support. https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024846573--Downloads-HD-Webcam-C615
