“i need to send a picture of myself as part of an id verification. if i had a c615 and a connecting cable --would i then be able to up load to an email address my picture. does the instructions( with the c615) permit an uninformed person to upload picture?”

You'd have to save the picture to your PC then email it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The instructions that came with mine don’t include anything other than basic plug in and set up, To get a picture and attach it to an email, that’s more dependent on your ‘software’ not the camera.
