Yes, you can purchase a USB extension cable to increase the existing 3-foot cable distance on the C615 Webcam. Please keep in mind that longer cables have the potential to diminish image quality being captured by a webcam. The C615 has a small bracket arm that unfolds from the base of the webcam to use as a sitting point on your laptop or desktop monitor.
