• Hi, the C615 has a 78° field of view and auto focus. The farther items/people are away from the camera the smaller they will appear and may not be as clear. Depending on how large the conference room is the field of view may or may not capture the entire room.

• Yes you can capture images 5'-15' feet away as long they are in hte line of sight of the camera. Not very wide angle so would not work in really large conference rooms.
