This is a plug and play camera. There is no on or off switch for this camera turns on automatically when plugged in and this is chosen as the source camera.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, the C920s doesn't have an on/off switch. When the webcam is in use, you will see a green light by the lens. When the webcam is not in use, the green light will turn off. The plus side to the C920s, is that it comes with a lens cover. This way, if you're worried it's still on, you can flip the cover closed. Otherwise, you can unplug it from your computer. When you close a program that uses your webcam, it will automatically turn the webcam off.
