“I have installed the Logi Capture software on my MacOs 10.4.6 system but the software won't launch. I get an error message. Why doesn't the software launch? Doesn't the camera need it be used? How do I get the Logitech C920S Webcam to work on my Mac?”

When I went to the Logoitech website, there is software that you can download for MacOS 10.4 or later. https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025141614. See screenshot. The website auto detected my operating system. However, the software doesn't work when launched. Not sure how to use the camera if my computer can't see it. The blue light doesn't turn on. I will most likely be returning if I can get tech support.

The webcam does not need the Capture software to run but it does require macOS 10.10 or later to function.
