• I believe that is a Teams setting, not based on the camera.

The C920s Pro 1080 Webcam with Privacy Shutter is compatible with the background removal or virtual background feature, but that feature comes from the software/hardware you'll be using. Conferencing software like Teams or Zoom in example both offer virtual background options, you just need to make sure your computer is powerful enough to allow for it, but the webcam will be compatible no problem.
