Hello BrianC, you are correct. Unfortunately most Video conference call operating systems only allow 720p video. Unless you pay for their enterprise licensing. So although the C920s webcam can give 1080p output, you'll be limited to 720p on most platforms. You'll still be able to record video and live stream in 1080p. Have a great day.
