• If your using windows, you can set the image width.

• Hello bch77, You may want to check the application settings your using the C920S HD Webcam with---Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams---and see what the ratio is there. Another software that you can use to personalize settings is Logitech's Capture like aspect ratio.
