“Just purchased the C992 Pro and am having a great deal of trouble getting it to work with Big Sur on my 2019 iMac desktop. When I am on a Zoom Call the camera on the Mac is the only camera that works. How do I get the C992 to override the Mac Camera?”

Hello Kevin. I'm sorry to get back to you that the C922 is not fully compatible with Big Sur. We are trying to figure out why, but it has been an issue across the board. Users are responding that the C920 works with Big Sur, but not the C922. We are working on Logitech Capture and G Hub for OS11.
