It doesn’t clamp, it has an adjustable plastic piece on the back which will adjust to any flat surface. It will work fine with any monitor.

The Logitech C920s Pro HD webcam will not securely clamp onto a monitor that is only 0.5 cm thick. Its universal mounting clip is designed for standard monitor bezels that are typically 1–3 cm deep, so with your ultra-thin HP monitor, the clip won’t have enough surface to grip firmly. You’ll likely need a tripod mount or external stand to use it safely.
