“Is the tripod screw on the bottom of the webcam supposed to come out? When I mount the camera onto the tripod stand, the camera falls off and the screw stays on the adapter.”

• No. Contact Logitech for a warrant reacement. And don't screw the tripod in so tightly. It their to hold the camera. It does nt need to be tight.
