Yes, it depends on the software you're using. If you're wanting to record then something like OBS would make it full screen. As well as Skype if you'd hit the full screen option. Just depending on what you're looking to do.

I use this cam to stream for my twitch channel, Its one of the best webcams on the market its ability to change background is great and yest it can go full screen cam get do 1080p or 720p depending on settings and how you use it.
