Yes. I have not tried on Chromebook but box says compatible with: Windows 7, 8, 10 or later; Mac OS 10.10 or later; Xbox one, Chrome OS (Chromebook).

Hello, this webcam is compatible with Chromebook, it just needs an available USB port in order to function. No additional software needed, it is simply plug and play.
