• Consider turning the exposure lower and up the brightness. Exposure will greatly effect your ability to capture your frames.

• Hello MP! That could be a lot of things, like the internet connection, the computer processing power, the Facebook website, etc. I'd recommend using the free Logitech Capture software with your camera, so you can customize your C922 Pro Stream Webcam settings and test it out to make sure it works good, and then using Capture as your camera image on Facebook.
