Just bought this, and the microphone quality is terrible. Placed them side by side in the exact same room with my C910 and they are night and day different. The C910 was so much more crisp and clear. Same microphone sound settings as well. C922 sounded like I was under water or muffled. Definitely returning it.

I use a separate external microphone. If you are close to the camera while you are teaching the Zoom class, the sound quality is okay. However, of course, the further you move away from the camera, the worse the sound quality gets.

Please try again later.Fitted with two microphones, one on either side of the camera, the C922 Pro Webcam is able to capture more realistic sound from every angle, so that your voice comes through sounding natural and clear. It has a camera to see you and mics to hear you, but no speakers for you to hear them. You will use your computer speakers or a headset to hear them. We also have computer speakers and headsets available, should you need more.
