“On Zoom my video lags/freezes & my mic picks up the convo from my usb speakers creating this echoing effect. I prefer not to use any headsets/air pods as I know it would definitely eliminate the echo effect. Should I get a separate mic? Video Freezes??”

Another option was to lower the mic volume and forget the tape idea.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Found a workaround for the mic/echo issue ----- The mic is supersensitive and omnidirectional. Experimented by putting electrical tape on all but one column (closest to the camera) of each mic.
