How do you control the volume on a C920???????? null

You will have to use the audio control in the software that you are using on the computer.

You use your computer volume controls. There is no isolated volume switch for the webcam.

On Windows right click the speaker symbol on the bottom right. Click recording/sound devices. Find the Logitech webcam. Right click it and click properties go to recording level/levels/sound and lower the bar to 75%.click apply
