“Can this camera be stripped off it's point of installation (stolen) and reused by the would be thief?”

• Yes. I do believe it can be stolen as anything can. It is connected to your email and phone or computer device though. It can be mounted. An account must be created to operate the camera and it does have the power/charging cable so this will make it harder for a theft to use

• I’m sure it could be stolen by a thief but reused, not sure as it has a unique serial number.

• It’s registered to you by a serial # so if it’s stolen I don’t know if it can be reactivated. You have to ask Logitech

• There is a lock on its software and application, but just like anything else it can be bypassed. They do sell a window suction mount for it so that way you don't have to put it outside. The wired version of this camera will have a wire attached so maybe that would be better for you.
