• Yes, you sure can. That's the best part of having this camera. You can watch live anytime and anywhere. Any little movement will be captured and you will get alerts on your phone if you turn them on. You can save those videos and share them.

• I have no idea. It's hooked up to my home WiFi and I stream from my phone carrier. I would guess if you have roaming charges on your phone carrier while abroad on holiday it would work. Might need to ask the Logi company.
