Will this fit model A2603 9th generation IPad? null

It does fit the 9th generation iPad. I use it on mine. It’s nice to have a place to put the version 1 pencil and the keyboard is great for emails. The stand is sturdy enough to angle it however you like and it doesn’t feel as flimsy as some of the cheap cases I used on my old iPad prior to this one. I do end up detaching the keyboard pretty regularly, but when I actually want to type on on the iPad it’s great.
