• If the battery runs down completely it will no longer pair with the keyboard to draw a charge, which is what happened to me. By unfolding the case completely you can access (upper left-hand corner) and remove the battery compartment, then replace the drained CR2032 batteries and be back in business.

• This case uses Apple's proprietary Smart Connector thus eliminating the need for another charger or cable. One of the best features of this case in my opinion.

• The Combo Touch does not require charging or batteries, it will power directly from your iPad!

• It does not need to be charged. The keyboard is powered through the quick connect magnet on the iPad.

• It is similar to the Apple case in that it uses the Smart Connector. No other chargers or cables are needed
