I use my iPad charger to charge the Logi crayon.

I charged the Logi crayon using my 5th generation iPad charger. The newest iPad Pro charger did not fit the pen.

You need a lightning cable (Apple) to charge it.

It takes a lightning cable. I usually only charge it once a week or so.

you need to charge it by a lightning cable. In my opinion its better than the G1 Apple Pencil but if you want the convenience of charging on the iPad Pro then get the G2 Apple Pencil.

The rubber piece at the top (orange) of the pen just comes off and you plug a Lightening cable right into the pencil directly and it charges right up.
