QuestionI see in the description it says this work with 7th gen Ipad, but I just wanted to see if anyone had successfully used it on a 7th gen? I’ve been given the run around from my local BB on any questions.

- Answer I used it with my 7th generation iPad. It worked well. Unlike Bluetooth devices, the Logi crayon pairs automatically, which is a nice feature. It does have to be charged by using the older Apple charging cable. My Logi crayon works well with Procreate and my other drawing app on my iPad.

- Answer Hello Cherie, the Logitech Crayon is a great stylus pen for your iPad. It does everything the Apple Pen does with only two major differences. The Logitech Crayon doesn't have pressure sensitivity and it goes for 7.5 hours of battery life. The Logitech Crayon is a great choice and with it's awesome Palm Rejection Technology. Go right ahead and rest your palm on the screen while you write — iPad supports palm rejection for natural hand placement while using Logitech Crayon. Now you can stop worrying about your hands and focus on the task at hand instead. Have a great rest of your day!

- Answer You use the lightening charger cable the one that comes with the non iPad pro iPads. The cable has a small end that plugs into the crayon via the top.

- Answer Hi Mans, Yes, you can go from writing on one iPad (iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini & iPad - 2018 models and later) straight to writing on another iPad (iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini & iPad - 2018 models and later) with no pairing steps needed. Just make sure Crayon and iPads are on. - Answer Hello! To check if your Crayon needs to be updated, you can download our Crayon Software Updater here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024701454-Download-Logitech-Crayon. It should auto detect your operating system unless if you are running Windows 11 as this software is not compatible with Windows 11. You will need to plug your Crayon into a computer to check for updates. - Maggie from Logitech
