• Yes! Plug and play. I fly the Cessna quite often and all the controls are on the stick. Throttle, flaps, brakes etc.

• It sure does! Didn't require any configurations. Using Windows 10.

• I cannot say for sure with FSX steam, but I play FSX deluxe edition dvd and it works with that with no issues. Cant see why steam edition would be different.
