• no it would not work because you can only have one profile open at a time on joytokey but great idea

• Unfortunately, the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Gaming Joystick is designed for right-handed use only. It has an ergonomic grip sculpted specifically for the right hand, including a thumb rest. Therefore, you cannot order a left-handed version of this specific joystick to use in a dual HOSAS setup with a right-handed one.
