• I have Windows 10 And played battlefield hardline and other games with no issues. Works great!

• Yes, works very well with windows 10 as I have this controller and play Rocket League and GTAV on PC with OS windows 10

• Yes it does work with windows 10. It is plug and play the drivers shld download automatically

• Yes. Some games will require the DirectInput mode, where other games will require XInput (aka XBox 360 mode).

• I have not had any issues with Windows 10 and this gamepad. The driver installed automatically.
