Yes. It’s the length of the iPad so it’s stable and you can use it while touching it. I’m not sure how long this will hold up but for now it’s good.

The surface you are using it on will have an impact on whether or not it will slip or slide. Something smooth like a glass surface may not be as stable as other surfaces. Another factor would be how much pressure is being used on the touchscreen. If you are unsure about the purchase check with the retailer on what their return policy is incase you decide you want a different folio.
