Yes, this mouse will work on any computer as long as you've got a usb input. Depending on if you're running a Macbook or a Mac desktop, you may have to get a dock to be able to plug in the required dongle and adapter, but otherwise you should be good to go. You will also need to ensure that you download Logitech G Hub in order to make changes to dpi, macros, etc.

With the Logitech G software, available for Mac, the mouse works perfectly with Apple Silicon. I am using it with my M5 MacBook Pro, which I have plugged into an Apple studio display, and every feature works perfectly. I play World of Warcraft on high settings and the wireless response of this mouse is amazingly fast. I could not be happier with my purchase.
