Own this mouse and Can confirm its compatible with logitechs gaming software to control dpi settings(it allows for 5 presets) Mouse does NOT have any rgb other than the dpi selector. Have been Using it for several days now playing battlefield 5 and destiny. I play on a 1ms response monitor and notice no delay for this mouse. Actually made me very happy to finally go wireless

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can still use this with the Logitech Gaming Software and it's perfectly fine for FPS games. I play Black Ops 4 with this mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can remap what all the mouse buttons do, use macros, change the DPI, etc with Logitech Gaming Software. It's the same software as the G502 for me. I don't play FPS games but I haven't had any disconnect issues or input lag from what I can tell. Logitech makes really great wireless gaming mouses these days that are comparable and even better than a lot of wired gaming mouses, and the G305 is one of the most favored gaming mouses in general currently. You can't really go wrong with it unless you don't like the shape.
