whenever I move my head the sound on the right side of my headphones stop working or cut out. this is usually when i tilt them to the right side around 45 degrees. is there a way to fix this without getting new ones null

I have had 3 of these, and all of them started doing that within a month. I just dont think the wires/connections are very durable. You can contact logitech and they will replace it if it's still under warranty but thats not what you were wanting to do obviously. I won't buy these ever again

Hello Febricant! Sorry to hear you're having sound issues with your G423 Wired DTS Headphone:X 2.0 Surround Sound Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset. Hard to tell exactly what may cause that issue (unless any physical damage happened to them), but what I can recommend possibly is making sure the Headset has it's firmware up to date. To verify that, make sure you have the USB DAC adapter plugged in to the end of the G423 AUX cord, and then connect your Headset to your computer via a USB port. Once that's done, launch G Hub, click on the gear icon at the bottom right corner of the G432 image, and then look at the top right corner, and see if an update is available. If so, proceed with doing the update, if it's already up to date and you're still having issues, I would go to the product page on the Logitech website https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-audio/g432-7-1-surround-sound-gaming-headset.981-000769.html, click Support, and then file a Warranty Claim if you're still under the 2-year warranty time. - Mathieu from Logitech

This is most likely a flaw somewhere in the cable that connects the headset to the computer. Try wiggling or moving the cable back and forth, up and down to see if you can reproduce the problem. You can also try the headphones in another computer to see if it follows the headset. If it does, then you know the problem is with the headset. Sadly, the only was to fix it would be to replace the headphones.
